Processing and Delivery Times
The following delivery times are estimates and include order processing and shipping. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Books shipped from Germany
Germany: 2 to 5 business days
European Union: 4 to 8 business days
United Kingdom: 5 to 10 business days
United States: 7 to 14 business days
Other international destinations: 7 to 20 business days
Clothing and made to order products shipped from China
Germany: 10 to 20 business days
European Union: 10 to 20 business days
United Kingdom: 10 to 20 business days
United States: 10 to 20 business days
Other international destinations: 10 to 25 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, public holidays, high order volumes or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
Separate Deliveries
Our products may be produced and shipped from different locations. Items from the same order may therefore arrive in separate packages and at different times.
You will receive tracking information by email once it becomes available.
Customs and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional fees. Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.
Lucid Rebellion is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes to the delivery address can no longer be guaranteed.
Lucid Rebellion is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Damaged, Incomplete or Missing Orders
